I’m a recent member of Over the West Creative Collective and it has already made a real difference in my musical endeavours. I’m playing at the Over the West festival in August and I’m doing a live session on Highland Radio in July. My music is being distributed to various media outlets. This is all happening because of Over the West. It’s a fantastic enterprise dedicated to promoting, supporting and encouraging each of its members who are growing in number as people discover its benefits. I couldn’t be happier having joined Over the West.

I am an independent artist more than half my life. Music is more than a hobby, songwriting is more than a passion. To facilitate development, growth, connections to the industry and fellow musicians and songwriters, a collective like Over The West has become a huge drive for me. It has supported development brought my profile up to a more professional level and has put my music in front of a new audience both in live settings and on the radio. Community events like festivals and songwriting retreats are so important for writers to share and collaborate, especially when patrons share the same passion. I'm delighted Over The West found me and I them.
